Returns
Due to the nature of research materials and product integrity requirements, we generally do not accept returns of opened, used, altered, or compromised products.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the package and product when applicable
Refund Eligibility
Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be issued at our discretion after the issue has been reviewed.
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method when possible.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is related to an error on our part.

All products are sold for laboratory research and analytical purposes only. Products are not intended for human consumption.
