OFFICIAL RULES — SEPTEMBER 2026 GIVEAWAY
1. Sponsor. The promotion is sponsored by Cornhusker Biosupply LLC (“Sponsor”). Sponsor mailing address: PO Box 88904, Lincoln, NE 68501. Questions may be sent to support@cornhuskerbiosupply.com.
2. Promotion Period. The Cornhusker Biosupply September 2026 Giveaway begins September 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Central Time and ends September 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Central Time (“Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry, except where prohibited by law. Owners, employees, officers, and contractors materially involved in administering the promotion, together with members of their immediate households, are not eligible.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE IS NOT REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
4. Purchase Entry Method. Qualifying paid orders placed during the Promotion Period receive entries based on the number of eligible research vials remaining on the order: 1–4 qualifying vials = 1 entry; 5–9 qualifying vials = 3 entries; 10 or more qualifying vials = 5 entries. BAC/reconstitution-water products, storage cases, and accessory-only items do not count toward the qualifying vial quantity. Failed, cancelled, unpaid, disputed, chargeback, or fully refunded orders do not qualify. If qualifying items are refunded, the order’s qualifying vial quantity and related number of entries may be reduced or voided accordingly. There is no stated overall entry cap; each separate qualifying order is evaluated under the same 1/3/5-entry scale.
5. Alternative Method of Entry — No Purchase Necessary.
To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full legal name, complete mailing address, email address, state of residence, and the words “September 2026 Giveaway Entry” on a plain card or sheet of paper. Include and sign the following statement: “I certify that I am at least 21 years old, I am entering for myself, and I agree to the Official Rules.”
Place the request in a separate stamped envelope and mail it to:

Each valid, separately mailed request receives five entries, matching the maximum number of entries available from one qualifying purchase order. Each request must be mailed separately. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no earlier than September 1, 2026 and no later than September 30, 2026, and must be received by Sponsor no later than October 5, 2026. No purchase, checkout, product order, or payment to Sponsor is required. There is no stated overall entry cap; each valid separately mailed request is evaluated as five entries in the final drawing pool.
Late, incomplete, illegible, unsigned, lost, misdirected, or otherwise noncompliant requests are not eligible.
6. Equal Treatment of Entries. Each individual entry ticket, regardless of whether it was generated through a qualifying purchase order or a valid no-purchase mail-in request, is included on equal terms in the same final random drawing pool. A qualifying purchase order may generate 1, 3, or 5 entry tickets based on qualifying vial quantity, while each valid mail-in request generates 5 entry tickets. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entry tickets received.
7. Prizes. Two prizes will be awarded. First Prize: $200 Store Credit + 10 Vial Case. The 10-vial case has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $30.00. Second Prize: $100 Store Credit + 4 Vial Case. The 4-vial case has an ARV of $20.00. Store credit has no cash redemption value, is non-transferable, and expires 12 months after issuance. Total ARV of all prizes: $350.00.
8. Final Audit and Winner Selection. After the Promotion Period and the mail-in receipt deadline have closed, Sponsor will perform a final eligibility audit and freeze the eligible-entry list. Two potential winners will then be selected at random from the final eligible-entry pool. Entries are selected without replacement. Limit one prize per person; after a person is selected, that person’s remaining entries are removed before the next winner or alternate is selected. Sponsor may also select alternates in the same random process.
9. Winner Notification. Potential winners will be contacted using the email associated with the selected entry and must respond within 72 hours. A potential winner who does not respond in time, cannot be verified, is ineligible, or declines the prize may be disqualified and replaced by an alternate. No purchase, payment, or fee is required to claim a prize.
10. Prize Conditions. Winners are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations that may apply. Prizes may not be transferred or redeemed for cash. If a stated physical prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater retail value when reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
11. Entry Integrity / Disqualification. Sponsor may investigate and disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, manipulated, fabricated, incomplete, or otherwise violate these Rules. Sponsor may verify purchase status, refunds, chargebacks, identity, age, and eligibility before awarding a prize.
12. Fair Administration. Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion if fraud, technical failure, force majeure, or circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control materially impair fair administration, subject to applicable law. If the promotion is terminated early, Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received before the impairment where lawful and appropriate.
13. Privacy. Information submitted or associated with an entry may be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, prevent fraud or duplicate records, and maintain appropriate promotion records.
14. Social Media Disclaimer. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform on which it may be promoted.
15. General. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s reasonable decisions regarding administration and eligibility, subject to applicable law.
